From the owner

The Cottage has been newly renovated for 2018 to offer luxurious boutique accommodation for couples looking for a romantic break.

The C-listed Cottage is decorated to the highest standard to include a cosy open plan living space with a wood burning stove. Upstairs a luxurious bedroom suite awaits with a freestanding bath and separate shower room.

This property benefits from being in the centre of Dunblane yet has a lovely quiet south-west facing garden which has wonderful views over the rooftops of the village.

The Cottage has a newly fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and fridge with a small freezer. In the back utility area there is a washer / dryer.

The dining area is all set for you to enjoy relaxed meals.

A lovely wood burning stove in the downstairs makes the open area cosy and inviting after a day enjoying all our area has to offer.

The luxurious upstairs bedroom includes a freestanding bath, perfect for a relaxing soak, whilst the comfy double bed offers a great nights sleep.

A separate shower room is next door to the bedroom and has a large walk in shower and toilet.

At the back of the property there is an outbuilding should you want to bring bicycles, whilst at the top of the garden there is a large decked area which faces south-west, a perfect place to have a BBQ when the sun shines!
