3BR / 1.5 BA - (2Q, 2S) - This quaint beach cottage is positioned at an angle on the lot for you to enjoy views of the ocean from the screen porch. "Dog Days" is the 3rd house from the corner and straight across Palmetto Blvd to a beach access. You will enjoy the rockers, picnic table, and other seating that the porch provides. French doors open into the great room & the kitchen from the porch. This home has all hardwood floors and pretty pine paneling. The great room has 2 sitting areas and a TV. There is a nice kitchen with an bar and stools for eating. A bedroom is adjacent to the living area at the back right side of the house. This room has a queen size bed. On the left of the living area is a short hallway with a full bath(tub/shower) and 2 more bedrooms. The left front bedroom has 2 twin beds, the left back, a queen. There are no TV's in the bedrooms. There is a half bath and laundry area in a downstairs room of the house. A semi enclosed area under the house provides privacy.

Thank you so much and I will be sure the homeowner sees this review. The owner loves to come all the way from the upper mid-west to hang out at Edisto Beach.
