3 BR / 2BA (1Q, 2D, Triplebunk, S) Sleeps 10 - Enjoy wonderful sunsets and views of the St. Helena Sound and the Atlantic Ocean from this cozy beach front home on quiet Point St. This house is loaded with old heart pine floors, ceilings and walls. You will enter the property from a covered porch facing Point street into the Great Room. A small sitting area is to the right as you enter with the main living area right there. The kitchen and dining areas are on the left. The kith has a very nice size bar with stools and the dining table is extra long. There is a doorway in the living area that goes out to the glassed enclosed porch. The porch has heat and air and some of the windows can be opened. The breezes from the ocean are wonderful. There is another door that opens onto the large sundeck with steps down to the beach. A sandy path through the dunes take you to the beach. Off the living area to the right are 2 bedrooms. #1 Bedrooms with ocean views has a double and queen bed with a private bath (tub/shower), #2 Bedroom has a double and faces Point St. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower. Across the great room is the 3rd BR with a triple bunk and twin bed(no TV). This bedroom also opens onto the sunporch. This home has everything you need for a great vacation on Edisto Beach.     NEGLECTED & RUNDOWN. Short on silverware, dull knives with no sharpening tool, cheapo pots & pans that are worn out. Ceiling shows signs of major leakage, lack of good lighting. Outside nis… More

    Please know that Edisto Realty appreciates your business and is certainly sorry to see that you felt the owners of this property have not made necessary maintenance repairs and upgrades. We have shared your concerns with them. We have waited to hear from them before responding to your concerns. They have done some upgrades. A new beach front deck has just been completed. They are installing new ceiling fans and lights this week. New carpet has been installed and new living room and sunroom furniture has been ordered. The cleaner has gone thru the kitchen and replaced any old or missing items. Once again we appreciate your business and stand behind our promise to have issues resolved as quickly as possible for our guests. When booking your next stay please speak with a reservation staff member and we will do our best to help you select a home that might be more satisfactory for you.
