There is plenty of parking in the yard and also under the house for cars and boars. Also on the back side of the carport is a sitting area with table and chairs and the large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. The 1st floor is the main level with the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit), and the 1st BR. This bedroom has Queen. On this floor is a Hall Bath (tub/shower combo). Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table. The stair case to the 2nd floor is located in the foyer and leads to the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master Bedroom is on the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with tub and stall shower. Also there are grand views of the marsh, creeks and sunsets. To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen & private bath and the other with a TripleBunk and Bunk (sleeps 4) and bath (tub/shower).
Additional amenities - Pets are allowed with a non-refundble fee (plus tax). Only 1 single pet per rental is allowed. Please remember No Smoking, There is a grill and internet service. No Bed linens or towels provided. This homes rents for full weeks only during June-July-August and all Holidays. Please call for additional information on shorter stays during the off season.
