As you enter you are greeted with a "t" shaped great room - foyer and dining areas are on the front of the house surrounded by windows. In the center of the room is the sitting are with TV and on the rear of the house is the kitchen (no dishwasher). "Peach Pit" is only 3 houses from the beach access. You can also walk to stores and restaurants from this convenient property. You will find 2 bedrooms on either side of the living area. The front left bedroom closest to Palmetto has a double bed(no TV). There is a hall bath on this side with a shower stall only. The other bedroom on the left of the house has a queen bed(no TV). The front bedroom on the right has one double and one single bed(no TV). The bedroom behind this one on the right has a queen size bed and a TV. There is another bath at the back of the house with a shower only. Come enjoy the ocean breeze while sitting in the swing under this beach view home! Please remember: No Smoking, No Pets and No Bed or Bath Linens. Optional Departure Cleaning and Optional Travel Ins. is also available. This home rents for weeks only June, July, August.
