3 BR / 2 BA (3Q, SS, cot) -Sleeps 9 -This well-maintained, comfortable home is just a short walk up Lybrand St and across Palmetto to direct beach access. This home sits back on the lot and slightly hidden behind a beautiful old oak tree. These homeowners spend lots of time updating the home on each visit to Edisto. There is an open deck facing Lybrand St at the entrance of the property. You enter into the living, dining, and kitchen Great Room combination with the bedrooms on each side of the great room. A large utility room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom is on the right side of the house. This room has a queen bed, TV and a nice master bath with a sit down shower and a 2 sink vanity. On the left side of the home is a full hall bathroom(tub/shower) and 2 more bedrooms. Home is in great condition and parking underneath for our two cars. Very good location to get to the beach, marina or eateries. We take rides all over the island and one trip to Charleston.
