The kitchen is to the right (facing Palmetto) with granite countertop and seating at the bar. The dining room table is extra long for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together. The dining area flows into the living space. Very comfortable seating with TV and game table. There is a nice screen porch with rockers, table and chairs on the back of the home facing Point St. Very nice ocean views from this area of the property. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor down a hallway opposite the great room. The first bedroom, facing Palmetto, has a queen size bed with a door to the hall bath. A nearby hall bath has a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is another queen with a connecting bath(stall shower) to the 3rd bedroom with 2 doubles. There are no TV's in the bedrooms on this floor. The laundry room is the hallway with the entry door, next to the hall bath on this floor. The stairs to the second floor are also in this hallway.
Upstairs you enter the large den with a TV and comfortable seating. 2nd floor partially covered deck is accessed from the den. You will have wonderful views of the ocean from the sundeck. On either side of the den are bedrooms each with a private bath(stall showers). The bedroom to the left has a queen bed, the one on the right, a queen and a single. No TV's in these bedrooms.
