This house has a very nice screen porch and is only a short walk to the golf shop and restuarant area. "Turtle Siesta" is the left side of a duplex with underneath parking. The kitchen greets you as you enter the villa, with the dining and living and slider to the screen porch in the center of the villa. Right off the living area is a short hallway with the 2 bedrooms. The master also has a private bath (tub/shower) with windows overlooking the lagoon. The street side guest bedroom has access to the hall bath (tub shower). The owners have furnished several area to enjoy the quiet of the resort - the screen porch is well equipped and under the house is another seating area. Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included. No motorcycles / trailers / RVs / Golf Carts allowed. Some areas will allow a boat – contact Ocean Ridge Security for information *******-2561. No Elevator Access. No Smoking, Pets allowed with payment of the non-refundable Pet Fee (+ tax) Rent for less than a week 30 days in advance of arrival.
Ocean Ridge is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities (3 pools, workout room, beach tram-seasonal, tours, Beach Cabana (restrooms, showers), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a Amenities Fee. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto-look for blue mail box- with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street.
