Comfortable well maintained 2 BED CHALET on the POPULAR FLORIDA HOLIDAY PARK.

-The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps, alarm clock, wall mounted electric heater, and a built in cupboard.

-The second room has bunk beds, with plenty of room for a travel cot (which is stored under the bunk beds), small chest or drawers, bedside lamp, black out curtains and a built in wardrobe. Under the bunk beds there are 2 storage boxes. 1 with childrens books and 1 with toys for use during your stay.

There is also a fold out guest bed.

* Please return toys and books to boxes for future guests use *

** You will have to bring your own towels, but beds will be made up prior to your arrival **

*** Please be aware that we do not provide bedding for either the travel cot, nor the guest bed ***

-Fully equipped kitchen area including brand electric cooker with hob (bought 28.03.19), kettle, toaster, microwave and new fridge (bought on 07.04.22), with plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, beakers, and all pots, pans, trays & utensils you'd expect in any kitchen.

-There is a bathroom with over bath electric shower (new bought & installed on 07.04.22), basin, cupboard, mirror and a separate toilet. There is a potty and toilet trainer seat stored in the upper cupboard between the two bedroom doors..

-A large lounge with dinning table and 4 chairs (there is a highchairstored in the cupboard in the double bedroom), a 3 seater sofa, two tub chairs and a nice warming electric fire plus a 32" TV with built in freeview and a digibox.

-Parking is close by, either in the car park, or on the grass opposite the chalet.

*The electric meter is the bottom cupboard between the two bedroom doors, and takes £1 coins.

The chalet itself is sited in a quiet part of the site, with a large area of grass right outside ideal for the children to run around and let off some steam, and is a real suntrap.

***THE ON SITE FLORIDA CLUB HOUSE HAS RECENTLY BEEN REFURBISHED AND REOPENED*** with live entertainment, kids club (in school holidays), music, pool tables, football table, air hockey table, slot machines, 2p machines, grab machines, fully licensed bar serving a wide variety of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks, cocktails & shots, and a kiddies bar selling a variety of sweets, crisps and drinks.

Perfect little chalet

Very good location. All facilities were good. Wifi was a great bonus. Excellent shower, beds very comfortable. There was nothing we needed that we didn't have. Great chalet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jo &Chris (the owner) a message.

If Jo &Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
