Once an open sided barn and used for storing the tractors, it has now been converted into a beautiful single storey property. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the workers employed on the farm. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and the downstairs wet room makes this ideal for the less mobile. Unfortunately, not suitable for full wheelchair access as the bedrooms are a bit tight for space, but the open plan living area and wet room are.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, slim line dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock.

Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound, one large L shape sofa, coffee table and wood burner (a basket of logs, firelighters, kindling and matches are provided).

1 King size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, each bedroom has a TV and hairdryer. All bedrooms have Egyptian cotton bedding and white ‘fluffy’ towels are provided.

Wetroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Private patio area with table, chairs, parasol and gas BBQ in courtyard.

High chairs and cots are available at the point of booking. Please contact us asap so we can make necessary arrangements. No cot bedding provided.

A wood chip boiler provides carbon neutral heat and hot water. Tuck barn has the luxury of underfloor heating, with heated towel rail in the wet room.

All six barns can sleep a total of 35, so an attractive alternative to a hotel for a corporate event or family/friends get together.

Why can't I call Pat (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pat (the owner) a message.

If Pat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
