This single storey apartment is situated in the coastal Devon town of Exmouth and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Peonies is a neat ground-floor apartment in the Devon seaside town of Exmouth. The apartment sleeps two people in one double bedroom which can convert to a twin, plus shower room. On the same level is a sitting room with electric fire and dining area and a galley style kitchen. Outside is a sunny terraced garden with furniture and a barbecue. Two miles from the sea, Peonies is a handy base for an interesting Devon break.

Amenities: Central heating with electric fires. Microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for one car. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: This property does not accept children, except babes in arms. Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Lots of great cycle routes. Would highly recommend staying here.
