This one bedroom Grade II listed stone built coach house is set in a private location adjacent to the owners' residence, with independent access and your own private off road parking. To the side is a private lawned area with seating and a barbecue available. This is four star AA quality assessed accommodation. Ideal for walking and cycling holidays we are on the national 68& 72 cycle route. We are close to some of the best bits of Hadrian's Wall such as Vindalanda, Housesteads, Walltown Craigs, Cawfields and lots moreThe coach house comprises of lounge, kitchen including fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, microwave, electric cooker, colour TV and DVD player. Conservatory including radio/CD player TV/dvd, dining table and large sofa . Also a groundfloor WC. First floor bathroom including roll top bath with hand held shower, basin and WC. Please note there is no shower in this cottage ,the bath has a hand held shower head for washing your hair etc. Bedroom includes double bed and built in wardrobe and dressing area.We offer a relaxing place to stay, explore the area or just relax and read a book in the conservatory. The coach house is tastefully decorated and furnished, with oil central heating. Please note due to the nature of the property there are some low ceilings. Off road parking next to Coach House. We now have internet access . We can provide a shed to put your bikes in if you want to bring them with you. Pets welcome.

We are following Government and Industry guide lines for the cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of our cottage using recommended cleaning materials there will also be extra cleaning products for you to use.

We have removed anything that can not be cleaned to these standards such as books , toys and games.

Why can't I call Jacqueline (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jacqueline (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
