You will experience fun and refreshment during your stay in our place, and you will want to come back! We are on the 3rd floor, second balcony, facing the beach!!

The 3rd floor beachfront condo includes a master bedroom with a *new* comfy queen size bed. Open the window for an ocean breeze any time of day. An ocean-view balcony is accessible from the master, so breathe deeply and enjoy the view. Also included in the master are a private full bath and plenty of closet space.

The guest room includes a new twin-over-queen bunk. Great for travelling with children and/or couples. The guest bath offers a full-sized bath tub and shower. We also have a pack-n-play for small children and extra bed safety guard rails. (additional roll-a-way is in the closet, twin size)

The family room offers beautiful and clean coastal-style furniture. This includes a Serta queen sleeper sofa, along with chairs and HD TV. The ocean view balcony is accessible from the family area as well. A perfect spot for a cocktail and a great book! A high-top table and chairs are provided on the balcony. Free wireless internet is included.

Located off the fully-equipped kitchen are the dinette area and breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts great appliances and accessories. A coffee maker and blender are available for you. The guest closet off the kitchen stores a few beach essentials you may use: beach chairs (4), a few beach buckets, skim boards (2), a small cooler, and a small high chair for little ones - in guest room closet!

The condo development has two in-ground pools.

Charcoal grills are just outside the pool gate toward the street for your convenience. Picnic tables are provided as well along with trash cans. (Sorry, no grilling permitted on balcony!)

As much as we love animals ... your pets must stay home while you visit our place. After all they need a vacation from you too!

The local beachfront hot-spots, Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar & River City Cafe, are located down the beach just a few steps away from the condo! Bike and scooter rentals are available nearby, too. The condo is minutes away from many beautiful golf courses. Hop in the car and shop at Tanger Outlets and local gift shops just a couple miles away. Dunkin’ Donuts, Kroger, and a variety of awesome eateries are nearby!

You can expect to hear from me upon your reservation. Approximately 3 weeks before arrival you will receive a key and a packet of helpful information. Our housekeeper manager is on-site on and off keeping an eye on things! This is intended to serve all our guests. We offer a referral for a grocery delivery service that’s super affordable and awesome! You can order your items and have them delivered right to our door. Sorry - no motorcycles in the parking lots per the Homeowners Association. We love the beach to be quiet and relaxing during your stay. Responsible party must be 25 years or older. Finally - absolutely no smoking in our home which includes the balcony. Thanks in advance!

Perfect for a family with kids

The view was beautiful and the access to the beach was convenient. The condo was clean and cozy perfect for a vacation with 4 kids. We would definitely visit again and recommend friends!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Amy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
