Gorgeous and Spacious Oceanfront 1 BR/1BA Condo, (Sleeps 6-8)

An excellent condo with amazing oceanfront views on the upper floor. Spectacular and spacious, cozy and clean 1BR/BA unit in Paradise Resort! Paradise Resort was built in 2006 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is facilitated with indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, two indoor Jacuzzi pools and covered parking garage.

The private bedroom with two queen beds is completely separated from living room and kitchen. The new updated kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, electric can opening, service for eight guests.

The professionally decorated living room contains FLAT SCREEN HD TV, hi speed wireless internet connection, a dining table with four chairs, a queen size sleeper sofa, a pull-down murphy bed and a single-size sofa. Lots of linen and towels are provided for 8 guests. Clothes washer/dryers are equiped in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Why can't I call Lijun (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lijun (the owner) a message.

If Lijun (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
