Welcome to Nairn Riverside Escapes which is situated only 1.5 miles outside of the charming seaside town of Nairn, with its beautiful beaches. Riverdale Holiday Home is set within extensive shared gardens with the accommodation situated in a quiet secluded location within the owners grounds. Only a 50 metre stroll to the private banks of the River Nairn which make the accommodation an ideal location for those who enjoy a peaceful countryside break. Guests can make full use of the grounds and riverside areas taking advantage of the BBQ (please bring your own coal) and picnic facilities on the river banks. Enjoy lighting a fire in the fire pit in the evening by the river and watch the sun go down whilst being serenaded by the birdsong.

The grounds and riverbank are ideal for birdwatchers, wild life enthusiasts or just sitting relaxing.

The property is well equipped with modern accommodation set in a quiet location in the owners grounds. There is ample parking available. 1 well behaved dog will be considered but please speak to owner first.

4 Berth Holiday Home

This immaculate Holiday Home is set within the grounds of the owners property. The accommodation comprises of:-

Lounge: Large comfortable sofa area with a dining table that easily seats 4 people. There is a TV with Free View channels and a variety of games and books for the use of the guests. It is centrally heated with radiators in each room and the lounge also has a gas fire.

Kitchen:- With a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/feezer. Well equipped with a full range of crockery, utensils, pans/oven dishes etc.

Bedrooms: There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The lounge has two large sofas which could be used for sleeping if party exceeds 4 people. All linen and bedding is provided. Both rooms have ample storage with fitted wardrobes and drawers.

Bathroom: The large bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and handbasin. Towels are provided on a weekly basis.

External: There is a secluded, sunny decking area outside of the Holiday Home where guests can sit and enjoy their morning coffee or indeed a glass of wine in the evening!

Why can't I call Natasha (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Natasha (the owner) a message.

If Natasha (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
