From the owner

The Annex at Nairn has two comfortable central heated, well appointed self catering apartments accommodation in the West End of Nairn within two mins level walking distance of shops, Museum. The Beach is 5 min walk. Apartment no.1 is a comfortable well appointed central heated Self Catering Apartment. Large combined kitchen / living area fully equipped with all modern conveniences such as electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dining table, large flat screen TV/DVD in living area also separate TV in bedroom. French door leads out to private decking area overlooking garden with patio table and chairs. Apartment no.1 has a SuperKing size bed. All towels and bed-linen are supplied free of charge. . Travel Cot and high chair available for babies and toddlers.

There is also a large separate communal Sitting Room available to all guests to use, (or not use, the choice is yours) where you may watch TV or a selection of 3D Movies, connect to WiFi or simply sit and chat and get to know your fellow guests. For the musical inclined we have a Keyboard, and a selection of guitars for the use of guests.

A Welcome Pack is provided with all the essentials for a cooked breakfast plus a few extras. You should let us know beforehand of any allergies or special dietary needs.

If required we can provide free transfers from Inverness Airport or Railway/Coach Station.

The Annex Apartments are attached to the owners premises and they will meet you on arrival and are on hand 24/7 to deal with any queries and give advice on the best places to see and visit. The Apartments have their own private entrance so you can come and go as you please and each apartment has a combination lock fitted so no keys to lose. The owners are happy to provide guided tours and day trips of the surrounding area to guests if they require. For the more energetic, bicycles are available for the use of guests.

Why can't I call Leslie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leslie (the owner) a message.

If Leslie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
