The Annex at Nairn ™ Apartment 2 Comfortable well appointed central heated Self Catering Apartment. Large combined kitchen / living area fully equipped with all modern conveniences such as electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dining table etc. Large Flat Screen TV in Living area also separate TV in bedroom. French door leads out to private decking area overlooking garden with patio table and chairs. Door leads off the Living Area to Double Bedroom with King Size Bed and ample drawers and wardrobe space. Leading off the Bedroom is a luxury en-suite shower room. Towels and bed-linen are supplied free. Travel cot and high chair available for babies and toddlers. The Wi-Fi signal in apartment 2 is quite weak but there is a strong signal on the deck area, or you can use the communal sitting room to log on.

A separate large Sitting Room is also available to all guests. You have a choice of whether you want to use this room or not, where you can watch TV or a selection of 3D movies, or connect to WiFi, or simply sit and chat with our other guests. For those that are musical we have a Keyboard and a selection of Guitars for the use of guests.

We also provide a Welcome Pack with everything you need for your first breakfast plus a bit extra. We would ask that you let us know if any guest suffers from any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Each Apartment has it's own separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. The owners are available to assist you in any way and to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. There is adequate off street parking at the premises.

The Annex Apartments are attached to the owners premises and they will meet you on arrival and are on hand 24/7 to deal with any queries and give advice on the best places to see and visit. The Apartments have their own private entrance so you can come and go as you please and each apartment has a combination lock fitted so no keys to lose. The owners also offer guided tours and day trips around the local area for their guests. We also offer a free transfer service to Inverness Airport, the local Rail and Bus stations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leslie (the owner) a message.

If Leslie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
