Graceful expression of the Lowcountry style, this beach house is comfortably spacious with a private floor plan ideally suited for small families or adult couples sharing a vacation getaway. Boasts grill, covered parking and expansive sundeck with dual French glass doors opening into the living area and adjacent master suite.

Access to the 7-mile long beach is a short walk away. The local bikeway conveniently passes through North Litchfield Beach. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to discover shorebirds and wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and salt marsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

MAIN FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 1 QUEEN, 1.5 baths, well-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast nook, living area opens out to spacious sun deck, full length front porch, laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 full bath.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4 (1 smart TV), DVD-4, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, large sun deck, covered front porch, carport, outdoor shower with hot/cold, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. GOLF CARTS are a fun and convenient way to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Call and ask us about golf cart rentals in our area.
