AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3 (HBO), DVD/Bluray-3, stereo sound system, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, sleeper sofa (Q) in living room, sleeper sofa (D) in master bedroom, jetted tub, 2 covered balconies, washer/dryer, shared elevator, designated covered parking spot, private community pool.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk access to beach w/ rinsing shower, 7 lighted outdoor tennis courts, coffee shop, spa & salon, bicycle rentals, biking and walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to prominent golf courses and trendy eateries.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For all stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings.

CHECK IN: Access is given no earlier than 4:00 P.M. Priority is given to assuring the rental home is clean and inspected first. Guests must check-in at the Litchfield Real Estate office located at 12980 Ocean Highway 17, Pawleys Island SC 29585. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM EST or on a Sunday, call Litchfield Real Estate ahead of your travel date for instructions.

NEW RESORT FEE: Effective 1/1/2023, a resort fee of $5 per day per vehicle will be charged by the Litchfield by the Sea community HOA based on rental use. This fee will be added to your rental charges and is due with the final payment.

Perfect Beachfront condo

Litchfield by the Sea is a wonderful gated community with excellent pools and beach access. This condo was very comfortable for the 5 in our family and we loved the area.
