From the owner

A 4 bedroom detached house on 3 floors situated on Pevensey Bay beach and close to Pevensey Bay shops and amenities. The property is accessed via steps at Hall Floor level with main entrance door leading to hall, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, living room/dining room with direct access to decking leading onto the beach and beach garden. Stairs lead down from the hall level to ground floor hallway giving access to double bedroom. Further stairs also lead up from the Hall floor level to first floor landing giving access to master bedroom with en-suite and direct sea views, 2 further double bedrooms having 2 single beds in each with farmland views, family bathroom, driveway parking for 2 vehicles, gas central heating, double glazed. There is a high chair and stair gates available for guests to use at their own risk.

To the rear there is a decked terrace area with patio table and chairs, directly overlooking the beach and out to sea with direct access to a beach garden with picnic bench.

Paved patio/terrace to front with views over farmland at hall floor level.

Further area of enclosed shingle garden to the front of the property at ground floor level.

The property is managed by my company masonbryant, and for your ease (so you can arrive when is convenient to you) you will be provided with the key safe location and code on the day of your arrival at approx 1pm via the TripAdvisor App. Check In is from 2pm, we ask that you do not arrive any earlier to ensure our cleaners have time to clean the property following the previous guests leaving. You will be provided with our office and mobile numbers in case of any issues.

2 dogs are permitted as long as the holiday makers ensure they are treated with flea treatment such as Frontline or Advocate the day before arrival and they are not allowed on the furniture.

There are several steps up to the property, see photos. Not suitable for anyone permanently reliable on a wheelchair.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, but guests can smoke outside at the front or on the beach (not the wooden decking area) as long as they dispose of any rubbish responsibly in a bin.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Northwood (the owner) a message.

If Northwood (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
