The Torrance Apartment, is a new two bedroom property located a few minutes walk from St Andrews’ town centre. This stunning first floor apartment has been decorated and furnished by a local interior designer in a “Hamptons” style and is a luxurious and stylish home from home for visiting families, golfers or couples.

The apartment is equipped to an exceptionally high standard with Siemens kitchen appliances and Villeroy and Boch bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with the flexibility of either double or twin bed configuration in each room. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a separate family bathroom. There is a spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area where you can relax after a hard day’s golf or sightseeing.

Everything that St Andrews has to offer is literally on your doorstep at the Torrance Apartment. From the historic Cathedral and Castle to the world famous golf links, from the expanse of wonderful beaches to the quiet corners of Scotland’s oldest university. You are a few minutes walk from all that the bustling town centre has to offer by way of shops, bars and restaurants. Despite this, your apartment sits within the quiet, peaceful and lush surroundings of Abbey Park with its manicured grounds and mature trees.

Overall this is a truly outstanding property and our photos really can't do it justice. You simply have to come and see it for yourself!

Kitchen/Dining / Sitting Room:- This is the heart of the apartment and is a beautiful room. The kitchen is very high specification with Siemens appliances throughout. These include a four zone induction hob, stainless steel oven, combi-oven microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier. There is a dining table next to a window that seats 4. The living area is bright and spacious with a comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a large flat screen TV with satellite facilities available. The entire space has been tastefully decorated and includes some really beautiful details which enhance the feeling of overall luxury. You really could be in a 5 star hotel!

Bedroom 1:- Large double/twin bedroom with large fitted wardrobes including ample hanging space and drawers. Flat screen TV. Large en-suite shower room with walk in shower.

Bedroom 2:- Large double/twin bedroom with large fitted wardrobes including ample hanging space and drawers.

Bathroom:- There is a luxury modern bathroom with WC,WHB and shower over bath.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
