From the owner

Stunning and spacious holiday cottage in beautiful Winterton-on-Sea on the North East Norfolk Coast. Located five minutes walk from the unspoilt beach and sand dunes and within a couple of minutes walk of all local amenities.

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard and designed specifically to accommodate up to 8 guests along with a maximum two well behaved dogs in comfort. Large living areas and enclosed gardens to the front and rear.

Our home has four bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with adult size bunk bed and another with a pull out double trundle bed. The two middle bedrooms are Jack and Jill style and join. Downstairs, enjoy the comfort of a cosy and comfortable living room with SMART TV and wood burning stove and then we have a huge kitchen and living/dining area with all of the amenities you need no matter how long or short your stay. Here you'll also find a large dining table, kitchen island and comfortable sofa with 42 inch SMART TV. This leads on to a well equipped utility room and a further shower room with WC.

There's superfast broadband, freeview and BT equipped televisions in the living and dining room along with another in the master bedroom.

All linen and towels are included.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mike (the owner) a message.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
