This is a neat, newly furbished ground floor, one bedroom self catering apartment in a great location. With views over the recreation ground, its just a five minute walk to the beach front, train station and bus stop.

The town centre, with it's café's, shops and restaurants that offer great food, is a ten minute walk away.

This is a lovely apartment and will suit the more matured holiday maker, looking for a very relaxing break.

Bexhill is the birthplace of British motor sport and the home of the De La Warr Pavilion. If you enjoy cycling, why not hire a couple of bikes and take the traffic free cycle path that runs from Bexhill to Hastings along the seafront, with water fountains, shops and café's.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy a walk around the park with it's boating lake and tennis courts.

The Polegrove recreation ground is used by many of Bexhill sports clubs, so if you enjoy watching cricket, bowling or a game of football be sure to visit.

How do damage deposits work?

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
