From the owner

Driftwood cottage is steeped in history, being a stunning conversion of an old Cooperage set in a spectacular waterfront location. This beautiful and immaculate self catering property is an ideal holiday home for those who wish to spend time by the sea in a beautiful setting.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one twin and one double. The double has an ensuite, and there is a luxury shower adjacent to the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have sea views. There is a separate utility room with washing machine on this level.

A wooden staircase leads up to the stunning open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The solid oak kitchen is fully equipped and has an integrated fridge and built inwoven and ceramic hob. The living room has a feature wood burning stove which just adds to the character of this unique holiday property. This spectacular room which runs the whole length of the cottage has great sea views. There are 7 large south facing windows from which to enjoy the ever changing and forever memorable sea views across the Firth of Forth to Berwick Law, Bass Rock, Isle of May and along the coast towards Crail.

The cottage has the added benefit of a sitting area ( not attached to the cottage) "Sitooterie" accessed via a courtyard around the back of the property

This property is not suitable for young children..

There is ample on street parking at the door, or private off street parking(Garage) at the back of the cottage if desired.

This Fife cottage is perfectly located for the award winning beaches, coastal walks and many golf courses in this wonderful part of Scotland. Set in a quiet and peaceful location, yet only 15 minutes from the famous historic town of St Andrews.
