From the owner

Ebenezer Hall is an architect-designed holiday home that preserves many of the original features of this 1905 meeting hall - 9 coloured-glass arch-windows and a staircase hand-built from the restored timber of the church pews. It has been converted to the highest specification. Solid oak floors, a Jotul stove and top-of-the-range furniture and linens contribute to an overall sense of calm and luxury.

Ideal holiday for families who enjoy the outdoors, or if you want a quiet week reading, writing, painting or just relaxing. Our guests tell us that the house is fantastic for a winter break or summer walking holiday. The large open-plan living area also makes it a favourite for families with young children.

Situated in the heart of the Southern Uplands, Leadhills is Scotland's second highest village, surrounded by beautiful hills, yet only an hour's drive from the centre of Glasgow. A popular spot with walkers, hikers and cyclists, it lies a short walk from the Southern Upland Way. The village is a mile from the Dumfries & Galloway border and the Lowther Hills Ski Club. It has a hotel, a shop, a narrow-gauge railway and the UK's highest golf course.

Sleeps 6 (3 king sized beds). 3 luxury bathrooms (one en-suite). Off-season we would consider 1-2 bedroom lets.
