The bathroom is warm and welcoming, a typically cottage bathroom, with an over bath electric shower.

The lounge and kitchen are open plan with lots of pictures of the area.

The Lounge area has a lovely cottage suite, flat screen T.V. Blue Ray, and loads of DVDs for a rainy day, and lots of walking books for sunny days..

We also have a pay phone if you should need it.

There is a lovely comfy bedroom for relaxing in at the end of the day. the double bed is really comfortable, it is lovely relaxing room.

The Cottage has lighting that can be changed to suit your moods, from bright for reading, to a romantic glow.

The cottage has free, unlimited, superfast fibre-optic Broadband.

All electricity is included.

All of your towels are included.

All linen, including bed linen & dish clothes etc is included.

All washing up liquid, washing powders, for washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom cleaner, loo rolls, tissues etc is included.

A little path from the parking area goes up to a private wood, which really is ideal for doggy morning/evening walks, it is owned by the Farmer who's family owned Flaxmans Farm for generations, they, kindly, are very happy for us and our guests to use the wood .
