Location, location, location! Seatime holiday apartment is a recently refurbished and well equipped studio apartment right in the very heart of Sidmouth, just a minute or two's walk from both the town centre and the beach. A private parking space is also a real bonus so close to the town centre

The apartment offers a home from home and has everything you could wish for a comfortable stay including a bedroom area with double bed, lounge area with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a recently re-fitted bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There's even light weight deckchairs to take on the short stroll to the beach!

Seatime is a studio first floor apartment in a small block of 4, accessible up a flight of stairs and accessed through a communal entrance hall. There is a small communal pation outside the entrance with table and chairs.

Sidmouth is a charming Regency seaside town, offering beautiful gardens, dramatic cliffs, clean beaches and interesting independent shops. It's well worth a visit and we want to ensure our guests have a lovely stay so we have added the little touches that will make Seatime feel like a special place to spend some time.

A parking space is available and free WiFi is also provided.

As keybox allows guests to arrive and check in any time after 3pm. I leave my guests to enjoy the apartment in peace, however I only live a few miles away and am on hand to answer any queries.

I take your point regarding the washing facilities, most guests tend to stay 4-7 nights so I guess it isn't so important for them. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tracey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
