The owner makes great efforts to be helpful and is extremely thoughtful, providing a bottle of fizz and a welcome pack of goodies and will readily provide recommendations on local restaurants and sights.
The stylish and firm leather sofa might polarise opinion - most guests enjoy it whilst others prefer a slouchier feel. It can be tricky to hit a sweet spot for everyone, I guess.
